In Store Purchases:
Return Policy:Items must be returned sealed in original packaging with reciept within 30 days
No returns on Opened Items(unless defective see defective policy)
Defective Items can be exchanged for Identical Item within 30 days with reciept
On-line Sales:
You must get a RMA from Needful Things before shipping anything back.
Items which have not been opened and have the seal in tack can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Except for Mezco Items. Mezco Items are charged a 15% restocking fee .
Items that have been open can be not be returned
Defective Items can be returned for a replacement with in 30 days.

Once item is received and verified your refund will be processed according to reason.
If it is defective We will exchange with same item or item of equal or greater value and refund standard USPS shipping cost.
